Q: What if I am not satisfied?
A: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will refund you money, no questions asked. Just let us know you are unhappy (within 14 days of purchase), and we will immediately refund your money. AND you are not required to return the product.

Q: Does the Zero-G work on bottom teeth?
A: The Zero-G is designed for use on top teeth only.

Q: How much does the Zero-G weigh?
A: 4.7 grams - less than a U.S. quarter (5.7 grams)

Q: Does the Zero-G work with braces?
A: Yes, the Zero-G works well with braces, same fitting process for users without them. Please consult your dentist prior to fitting.

Q: What if I get a poor fit?
A: If you are not satisfied with your initial fitting, the Zero-G can be re-boiled and re-fitted several times. The Zero-G comes in a two-pack, as it sometimes takes two attempts to get a correct fit.

Q: Is the Zero-G latex and BPA free?
A: The Zero-G is made with orthodontic material specifically created for safe use inside the mouth. And yes, the Zero-G is latex free (Material Safety Data Sheet available upon request).

Q: Is the mouthguard intended for heavy contact sports?
A: The Zero-G is designed primarily for any sport where breathing, drinking, talking - and of course comfort are a priority. 

Q: Which sport is best for the Zero-G?
A: Our highest demographic of sport use is basketball.

Q: Will the Zero-G protect against all mouth injuries?
A: It is important to note that no mouthguard gives 100% protection against all orofacial injuries. The use of the Zero-G mouthguard is simply to mitigate these injuries from happening.

Q: Does the Zero-G work for teeth-grinding?
A: Yes, because our mouthguard is so light our customers have used the Zero-G for night-time teeth grinding (bruxism) as well as daytime, stress induced, clenching.
